Suave y cremosa, \u00a1es imprescindible para cocinar f\u00e1cilmente! As\u00ed que quise hacer un risotto que retomara esta idea. \u00a1El resultado fue tan sabroso que no puedo resistirme a publicarlo aqu\u00ed! Este risotto de espinacas se aleja definitivamente del dogma de esta receta, pero para m\u00ed el risotto se puede adaptar de muchas maneras. S\u00f3lo importa el sabor final&#8230; Soy un tradicionalista, \u00a1pero esto es tan bueno!<\/div>\n<p>\n<a name=\"more\"><\/a>Receta de un risotto de espinacas para 4 personas:<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">-300 g de arroz para risotto (a su elecci\u00f3n)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 litro de caldo de verduras<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 cubos de \u00aboro\u00bb<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 cebolla<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-15cl de vino blanco dulce<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-40g de mantequilla salada<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-500g de espinacas<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-125g de mascarpone<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-40 g de queso parmesano reci\u00e9n rallado<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<i><br \/>\n<\/i><br \/>\n<i>Lavar cuidadosamente las hojas de espinacas. Al tomar una cucharada de espinacas, se puede ver si la crema se escapa o si las espinacas y la crema forman un conjunto.  &nbsp;En este punto, \u00a1est\u00e1 hecho! No hay que ponerlo todo, se puede ir poniendo poco a poco hasta que el risotto tenga el aspecto y el sabor adecuados.
