Aprovecho que tengo un blog de cocina para compartir la receta que hice el otro d\u00eda. Siempre tengo dudas a la hora de poner una receta de sopa, porque creo que puedes poner lo que quieras y seguir\u00e1 estando buena. Pero muchos de vosotros me ped\u00eds este tipo de recetas b\u00e1sicas. Por supuesto, no hay nada fijo ni definitivo en una sopa. Hay que hacerlo por instinto. Pero te estoy dando una buena base aqu\u00ed para que los novatos trabajen y para que los m\u00e1s experimentados a\u00f1adan su propio giro.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p>\n<a name=\"more\"><\/a>Receta de sopa de calabaza con jengibre:<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">-1 puerro<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 cebolla<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 patatas<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 zanahorias<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1,5 kg de calabaza<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 litros de agua<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 pastillas de caldo de pollo<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-sal pimienta<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-Aceite de oliva<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-polvo de jengibre<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-polvo de c\u00farcuma<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-especies para colombo&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-20 cl de nata l\u00edquida<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><i>Lavar el puerro y cortar la base y la parte superior de las hojas.
