Especialmente cuando se prepara el d\u00eda anterior. Es f\u00e1cil de preparar, basta con dejar que se cocine durante unas horas (\u00a1removiendo de todos modos!) para obtener esta maravillosa carbonada. Lo que me gusta de los platos en salsa es que se pueden variar infinitamente. Esta no es una excepci\u00f3n, ya que la cerveza utilizada, el pan (de jengibre o cl\u00e1sico) y la carne marcar\u00e1n la diferencia. Os doy esta receta que funciona a las mil maravillas. La carbonada suele servirse con unas buenas patatas fritas con grasa de vacuno, pero si su dieta se lo proh\u00edbe, tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 deliciosa con patatas al vapor.  &nbsp;&nbsp;Me gustar\u00eda dar las gracias a una de mis colegas, C\u00e9line, por haber compartido conmigo su receta de \u00abcarbonada flamenca\u00bb y por haber aceptado su publicaci\u00f3n aqu\u00ed.
