La hoja de pandanus es en realidad la hoja de una palmera y no se come. Se utiliza mucho en la cocina tailandesa&nbsp;por su fragancia. Tiene un olor muy particular&nbsp;cuando&nbsp;se machaca o se cocina.&nbsp;&nbsp;Pero que no cunda el p\u00e1nico. Esta receta es excelente por s\u00ed sola. Si no encuentras las hojas, puedes marinar el pollo y cocinarlo en un wok o sart\u00e9n muy caliente. Mi principal preocupaci\u00f3n con esta receta era encontrar la receta de la salsa para mojar. F\u00e1cil de encontrar en el supermercado de Bangkok, pero imposible incluso en el distrito 13 de Par\u00eds, as\u00ed que quise clonar esta salsa. Mi versi\u00f3n le dar\u00e1 exactamente lo mismo. Ni siquiera pude distinguir la m\u00eda de la botella que compr\u00e9 all\u00ed. No espere m\u00e1s para cocinar este delicioso plato.
