Este arroz es perfecto y tiene m\u00faltiples sabores. Hice esta receta por instinto, inspir\u00e1ndome mucho en el biryiani de Manju, \u00a1un plato que publicar\u00e9 pronto! Mientras tanto, este arroz con anacardos y pasas se puede mejorar con otros frutos secos: albaricoques, almendras laminadas, etc.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p>\n<a name=\"more\"><\/a>Receta para 4 a 6 personas:<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">-400g de arroz basmati de grano largo<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-80g de anacardos crudos<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-60g de pasas de Corinto<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 cebollas<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1\/2 manojo de cilantro<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-sal pimienta<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-60 g de ghee (o mantequilla clarificada)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 hojas de laurel indio (\u00a1opcional si no se dispone de ellas!)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-4 c\u00e1psulas de cardamomo<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 palitos de canela<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 cucharadas de leche<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-un poco de kasuri methi (opcional)<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<i>Aclarar 100 g de mantequilla.
