Para m\u00ed, \u00e9sta es la mejor manera de entender el esp\u00edritu culinario de un pa\u00eds. He hecho cursos en todo el mundo, pero todav\u00eda no en la India. Est\u00e1 hecho con <a href=\"http:\/\/www.manjuscookingclass.com\/\">Manju<\/a>, una mujer india que vive en Bangalore y que conoc\u00ed a trav\u00e9s de uno de mis colegas. Veremos un par de recetas de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.manjuscookingclass.com\/\">Manju<\/a> que ha&nbsp;amablemente&nbsp;accedido a que las publique. Hacer estos cursos me permiti\u00f3 observar los gestos, ver los productos utilizados y \u00abdesacralizar\u00bb un poco esta cocina que tanto me gusta, pero que todav\u00eda no hab\u00eda abordado.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\nPara la primera receta, os ofrezco este \u00abpollo a la mantequilla\u00bb, un pollo con una rica y deliciosa salsa de mil sabores. Tomates, cebollas, anacardos, especias&#8230; Sugiero esta receta, porque los ingredientes est\u00e1n al alcance de todos y te transportan a 8000 km de distancia en pocos minutos.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b>Tres ingredientes son un poco m\u00e1s inusuales: el garam massala, que ahora se encuentra en todas partes. La pasta de \u00abajo-jengibre\u00bb que se puede comprar en tiendas ex\u00f3ticas o en tiendas indias. Sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n se puede preparar mezclando tanto ajo pelado como jengibre pelado. El tercer producto (que puede ser opcional para algunos) es el \u00abkasuri methi\u00bb. En realidad, se trata de hojas secas de alholva&nbsp;.&nbsp;&nbsp;Puedes encontrar este ingrediente en Internet o en tiendas de comestibles indias, \u00a1o quiz\u00e1s en tu jard\u00edn! Pero en el peor de los casos, podemos prescindir de \u00e9l, lo que es una pena&#8230;<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Receta para 4 personas:<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">Para la marinada del pollo:<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-500g de pollo<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-1\/2 yogur natural<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-1\/2 cucharadita de garam massala<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 cucharadita de chile en polvo<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 cucharadas de aceite<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 cucharadas de zumo de lim\u00f3n<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 cucharadita de sal<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1\/2 cucharadita de pimienta negra<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 cucharadita de pasta de ajo-jengibre<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\"><br \/><\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">Para la salsa:<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-50g de mantequilla<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 cucharada de aceite<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 cebollas<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 cucharaditas de pasta de ajo-jengibre<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 cucharadita de piment\u00f3n dulce<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 cucharadita colmada de az\u00facar<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-500 g de pur\u00e9 de tomate (o coulis, seg\u00fan la denominaci\u00f3n de origen)&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-80g de anacardos<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-50g de nata l\u00edquida<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-Pollo marinado y asado<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-un peque\u00f1o pu\u00f1ado de \u00abkasuri methi<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<p>\n<i>Poner el pollo picado en un recipiente.
