Imag\u00ednese un hojaldre con un relleno de chorizo picante y un pesto dulce y rojo con tomates secos y anacardos tostados. Una mezcla picante y deliciosa, servida en hojaldre crujiente. Una combinaci\u00f3n perfecta que destacar\u00e1 nuestra sopa fr\u00eda de tomate y hierbas Alvalle. Caliente-fr\u00edo, picante-dulce, crujiente-masticable, \u00a1esta receta despertar\u00e1 las papilas gustativas de todos los amantes de la comida como yo!<\/div>\n<p>\n<a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nReceta para unos diez hojaldres \u00abmedianos\u00bb o veinte \u00abminis\u00bb:<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 brick de sopa fr\u00eda de tomate y remolacha Alvalle<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 rollo de hojaldre<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 cebolla picada<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 tomate, pelado, sin semillas y cortado en trozos peque\u00f1os<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 cucharada de pasta de tomate<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-50 g de anacardos (\u00a1tostados y salados!)<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-100 g de tomates secos marinados en aceite de oliva<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-120g de chorizo fuerte<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<i>Para esta receta, no es necesario molestarse en hacer un hojaldre \u00abcasero\u00bb. Un rollo comercial (\u00a1de buena calidad, \u00abpura mantequilla\u00bb!). Si realmente quieres ser un purista, \u00a1mi receta est\u00e1 <a href=\"http:\/\/lesrecettesdebernard.blogspot.com\/2010\/10\/la-pate-feuilletee.html\">AQU\u00cd<\/a>! \u00a1S\u00f3lo tienes que cortar con un cortador de galletas del tama\u00f1o que quieras, 4-5cm o incluso 2!
