Primero, debo explicar qui\u00e9n es Peter. Peter es un muy buen amigo americano que ha venido a retirarse a Par\u00eds. Y Peter es un verdadero maestro en la cocina. Siempre me sorprende su total dominio de nuestra gastronom\u00eda. Su guiso es el mejor que he probado en mi vida. Y estoy sopesando mis palabras. Peter lleva m\u00e1s de treinta a\u00f1os perfeccionando su receta. Hoy acepta compartir sus secretos con nosotros sin&nbsp;concesiones y con toda su pasi\u00f3n y amor por nuestra cocina francesa. He tardado en poner la receta en internet porque la he hecho dos veces, una con Pedro para que lo entendiera todo y otra en casa para explicarle todo con detalle. Luego tuve que encontrar tiempo para hacer las fotos y escribir esta larga receta. Este no es complicado, pero los detalles lo cambian todo. &nbsp;Un caldo casero, rabo de buey (\u00a1s\u00ed, y es bastante exquisito!) y cebollitas, estamos&nbsp;muy cerca del boeuf bourguignon (receta <a href=\"https:\/\/stagingapp15670.cloudwayssites.com\/2012\/01\/le-boeuf-bourguignon.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">AQU\u00cd<\/a>) y sin embargo en la boca (en ambos casos) es una explosi\u00f3n de sabores muy diferentes.
