Hicimos esta receta el pasado mes de mayo durante mi viaje culinario a Casablanca y Rabat (\u00a1vea el viaje culinario <a href=\"https:\/\/stagingapp15670.cloudwayssites.com\/2012\/05\/mes-voyages-culinaires-casablanca-et.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">AQU\u00cd!<\/a>). Una deliciosa receta marroqu\u00ed que se puede utilizar como guarnici\u00f3n del cusc\u00fas. Hay incluso un cusc\u00fas hecho s\u00f3lo de s\u00e9mola y tfaya (cusc\u00fas tfaya). No puedo ni empezar a decir lo incre\u00edble que huele esta receta de cebolla caramelizada con pasas y canela. Una aut\u00e9ntica delicia y una verdadera tortura si intentas resistirte a ella. \u00a1Porque te puedes imaginar acompa\u00f1\u00e1ndolo con otros platos!<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nReceta para tfaya:<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-1-1,2kg de cebollas blancas<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-3 palitos de canela<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-sal, pimienta negra<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 pastilla de azafr\u00e1n (o unos cuantos pistilos de azafr\u00e1n o falso azafr\u00e1n en polvo)<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-50g de mantequilla<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-3 cucharadas de aceite<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-50 a 100 g de pasas rubias (al gusto)<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 cucharada de canela en polvo (no abultada)<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-4 cucharadas grandes de az\u00facar<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nPelar las cebollas y cortarlas en tiras.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;
