As\u00ed que hoy, las famosas \u00abcroquetas\u00bb, esas peque\u00f1as croquetas crujientes y&nbsp;cremosa&nbsp;en su interior. No se puede ir a Espa\u00f1a sin verlas. Una peque\u00f1a maravilla, sobre todo con el jam\u00f3n serrano dentro. Junto con un delicioso gazpacho verde de Alvalle, esto nos dar\u00e1 toda la energ\u00eda que necesitamos para una comida completa. Para los que les gusta comer, esto se puede disfrutar como aperitivo, con unas peque\u00f1as croquetas y unos vasitos de \u00a1Gazpacho Verde!<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<b>S\u00f3lo una nota r\u00e1pida sobre las croquetas. En ese momento no entend\u00eda c\u00f3mo se las arreglaban para hacer peque\u00f1os donuts con un interior tan cremoso. \u00a1El resultado es tan bueno! De hecho, no es ni m\u00e1s ni menos que una especie de bechamel en un donut. \u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona?  &nbsp;En realidad es bastante sencillo e ingenioso: se prepara una bechamel espesa (\u00a1con el jam\u00f3n y la cebolla dentro!) que luego se deja enfriar. A continuaci\u00f3n, se puede manipular y formar croquetas con harina, huevos y harina. Al fre\u00edr, la bechamel del interior vuelve a ser cremosa. \u00a1Eso es!
