Y cada vez es una delicia, que no puedo&nbsp;dejar de compartirlas aqu\u00ed&nbsp;. As\u00ed que hoy, un tagine. Hay tantos tagines como cocineros en Marruecos. En Francia, estamos acostumbrados a comer los mismos tagines. Mientras que un tagine puede referirse a toda una serie de incre\u00edbles recetas. Este tajine de ternera es divino: carne blanda y fundente, verduras, sabores m\u00faltiples e inesperados y un poco de lim\u00f3n confitado para subrayarlo todo. Hay que probarlo&#8230;<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b>Para esta receta, utilic\u00e9 verduras frescas la primera vez. Pero esta receta es perfectamente factible con verduras congeladas. &nbsp;No puedo dejar de recomendar Picard&#8217;s: los fondos de alcachofa de Breta\u00f1a, en caja de cart\u00f3n, son perfectos y los \u00abguisantes de jard\u00edn\u00bb son grandes guisantes que son casi&nbsp;id\u00e9nticos a los frescos que uno mismo desgrana. Hice este tagine dos veces, una con verduras frescas en Marruecos y en casa con verduras de Picard para ver la diferencia.
