Y esta vez se trata de un risotto un poco menos tradicional, pero a\u00fan as\u00ed&nbsp;absolutamente&nbsp;delicioso: setas en una suave crema de ajo para un risotto fundente con parmesano. Quer\u00eda cocinar shiitake (de nuevo despu\u00e9s de la <a href=\"https:\/\/stagingapp15670.cloudwayssites.com\/2013\/02\/la-tarte-crousti-fondante-aux-shiitakes.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tarta de shiitake<\/a>) y shimeji porque ten\u00eda bastante en la nevera despu\u00e9s de comprar en Tang&#8217;s. Y as\u00ed empec\u00e9 a hacer este risotto, que es realmente muy bueno.
