\nPour moi, cette recette est un v\u00e9ritable monument de la cuisine marocaine. Elle concentre toutes les raisons pour lesquelles j’ai commenc\u00e9 ce blog de cuisine: des rencontres, des voyages, un apprentissage permanent et une transmission de savoir.&nbsp;<\/div>

\nLa pastilla est depuis longtemps l’un des plats que je d\u00e9ciderais de manger aujourd’hui si je devais disparaitre demain (avec du foie gras et un g\u00e2teau macaron pistache (ma recette <a href=\u00bbhttp:\/\/lesrecettesdebernard.blogspot.com\/2010\/01\/le-gateau-macaron-pistache-de-laduree.html\u00bb>ICI<\/a>)! Voil\u00e0 peut \u00eatre pourquoi je disparaitrais!).&nbsp;<\/div>

\nLe but de mon voyage \u00e0 Casablanca et \u00e0 Rabat \u00e9tait justement d’apprendre \u00e0 faire la pastilla (avec les cornes de gazelles). Comme vous le savez maintenant, c’est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Touria, Lalla Fatima et Lalla Myriam que j’ai eu l’immense privil\u00e8ge et plaisir de r\u00e9aliser enfin l’un des mes \u00abgraals\u00bb culinaires. Alors oui, c’est vrai que c’est long \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, qu’il vaut mieux s’y mettre la veille, mais le r\u00e9sultat est tellement merveilleux que je conseille \u00e0 tout le monde de la faire au moins une fois dans sa vie. Lalla Fatima est une experte de la pastilla et j’ai (nous avons!) vraiment beaucoup de chance qu’elle partage sa recette et ses secrets.&nbsp;<\/div>
