A menudo tenemos un preconcepto bastante negativo de los nabos, a pesar de que son deliciosos. \u00a1Y qu\u00e9 buen olor en la cocina! Puedes aplicar el mismo m\u00e9todo con zanahorias o verduras que puedan cocinarse durante mucho tiempo. En cualquier caso, esta receta es perfecta para acompa\u00f1ar, por ejemplo, la carne roja.
