Hay un mont\u00f3n de especialidades de all\u00ed que pienso compartir con vosotros alg\u00fan d\u00eda. Este es uno de ellos. Parece que&nbsp;visualmente&nbsp;guacamole, pero no tiene nada que ver. Se trata de jud\u00edas verdes trituradas con especias y hierbas, pero tambi\u00e9n con cebolla frita y aceite de oliva. Una delicia que se disfruta con pan, un poco como <a href=\"http:\/\/lesrecettesdebernard.blogspot.com\/2010\/05\/le-hoummos-mtabbal.html\">el hummus<\/a> o el <a href=\"https:\/\/stagingapp15670.cloudwayssites.com\/2011\/08\/le-baba-ganoush.html\">babaganoush<\/a>. He buscado una forma sencilla de prepararlo sin tener que pasar horas en \u00e9l. Aqu\u00ed utilizo cebollas fritas ya preparadas, que se pueden encontrar f\u00e1cilmente en el supermercado. Depende de ti si quieres fre\u00edrlos t\u00fa mismo&#8230;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nReceta de bissara:<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">-500g de jud\u00edas verdes (peso cocido, sino 250g de jud\u00edas verdes secas para cocinar)<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-100g de aceite de oliva<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-75g de cebollas fritas<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 dientes de ajo peque\u00f1os<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-3-4 ramitas de perejil plano<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-3-4 ramitas de cilantro<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 cucharadita de cilantro en polvo<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 cucharadita de comino en polvo<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-1\/2 cucharadita de sal<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<i>Cocer las jud\u00edas. Puedes usar las secas que dejas en remojo toda la noche. A continuaci\u00f3n, deben cocinarse seg\u00fan las instrucciones del envase y retirar la piel. Si no, \u00a1tambi\u00e9n puedes encontrarlos congelados ya pelados!
