Una receta que hago regularmente en casa (\u00a1sobre todo con un buen vaso de vino tinto!).&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a>Para 4 personas:<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">-350g de pasta (aqu\u00ed mafaldine)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\"><br \/><\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-30 cl de nata l\u00edquida<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-80 g de queso gorgonzola<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 cucharadas de frutos secos en polvo<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 cucharadas de queso parmesano reci\u00e9n rallado&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">&#8211; sal, pimienta, nuez moscada<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-algunas nueces picadas<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-una mezcla de partes iguales de parmesano y polvo de nuez<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<i>Cocer la pasta \u00abal dente\u00bb en agua hirviendo con sal.
