He dise\u00f1ado esta tarta con un interior ligeramente cremoso y un exterior muy crujiente y mantecoso. Me preguntaba qu\u00e9 poner en esta masa y pens\u00e9 en a\u00f1adir un poco de parmesano y avellanas para aromatizar la masa quebrada. Y funciona de maravilla con las setas shiitake en su crema ligeramente avinagrada. Ya siento que vienen las preguntas: s\u00ed, est\u00e1 bueno, pero si no tienes shiitake, \u00bfqu\u00e9 haces? \u00a1Bueno, nosotros&nbsp;improvisamos&nbsp;como siempre con la comida salada que siempre se puede adaptar al gusto de cada uno! Se puede poner cualquier seta y poner una masa quebrada cl\u00e1sica. Aqu\u00ed te doy&nbsp;simplemente&nbsp;una combinaci\u00f3n que funciona muy bien y es realmente muy deliciosa. Encontr\u00e9 mi shiitake fresco en Par\u00eds en Tang Fr\u00e8res, puedes encontrarlo en algunas tiendas Monoprix, pero tambi\u00e9n en las tiendas de comestibles japonesas de la calle Sainte Anne.
