Las hojas son crujientes con un relleno de s\u00f3lo pistachos. El sabor y la textura son m\u00e1s parecidos a los baklawas del L\u00edbano. Estoy pensando en encontrar unas pr\u00e1cticas all\u00ed. Cuidado, no es lo mismo que la pasta brick y no recomiendo sustituir una por otra en esta receta. La hoja de ladrillo tiene muchos agujeros peque\u00f1os, a diferencia de la hoja de filo.
