Da un resultado tan bueno como los otros m\u00e9todos y el aspecto del h\u00edgado se conserva porque se cocina en su forma natural.<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a>Receta de foie gras, tercer m\u00e9todo:<\/p>\n<p><b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-un foie gras fresco entero<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-Sal, pimienta (lo esencial)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-Alcohol de su elecci\u00f3n (co\u00f1ac, oporto, vino blanco dulce, ron, etc.)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-especies<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>\nDesvenar el foie gras.
