Dos capas de crema de mantequilla de caf\u00e9 y una de ganache de chocolate, intercaladas entre galletas \u00abjoconde\u00bb perforadas con jarabe de caf\u00e9&#8230; El pastel no es tan dif\u00edcil como parece, pero requiere un poco de equipo. Puedes hacerla en versi\u00f3n grande como hice yo para 20 personas o puedes reducir las cantidades y hacerla en un molde desmontable. Hay que poner siete capas sucesivas de dos cent\u00edmetros de altura&#8230;<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\nA algunos les parecer\u00e1 un poco peligroso, pero hay que ir a por ello y no hay mayores dificultades.
