Aqu\u00ed est\u00e1n los \u00absiu mai\u00bb de Shanghai, con una forma caracter\u00edstica, m\u00e1s estrecha en el centro. El relleno es diferente y consiste en arroz glutinoso. Esta vez la masa se hace a mano. \u00a1Doy aqu\u00ed el m\u00e9todo aut\u00e9ntico con todo lo que conlleva&#8230;! Utilizo un peque\u00f1o rollo de \u00absiu mai\u00bb con una forma muy particular, este est\u00e1 dedicado s\u00f3lo a este siu mai. Se puede encontrar en el barrio chino.
