Mi madre y yo sol\u00edamos hacer esta pasta los fines de semana para buffets al aire libre hace casi 30 a\u00f1os y siempre era un \u00e9xito. Puede sorprender al principio tener pasta fr\u00eda con salsa, pero la combinaci\u00f3n de salm\u00f3n, eneldo y salsa de c\u00f3ctel casera es deliciosa y todos los invitados volvieron a servirse.
