Tienen una amplia oferta, a veces muy apetecible. Me inspir\u00e9 muy libremente en su tarta brasile\u00f1a de pl\u00e1tano y coco (as\u00ed se llama) para hacer mi propia versi\u00f3n a\u00fan m\u00e1s rica y fresca en el taller. Aqu\u00ed hice una corteza de pastel de coco que se horne\u00f3 blanca y dorada. Los pl\u00e1tanos se cubren con una crema batida con sabor a lima y se espolvorean con una mezcla de coco y pralin\u00e9 de avellana. El resultado es incre\u00edblemente bueno y fresco, con la cantidad justa de dulzura. A todo el mundo le encant\u00f3 en la cena en la que lo serv\u00ed. Verter el caramelo de avellana en un tapete de hornear. Cuando est\u00e9 fr\u00edo, p\u00f3ngalo en una batidora y mu\u00e9lalo hasta convertirlo en un polvo grueso. Acaba de hacer un pralin\u00e9 de avellanas. Ahora hay que sellarlo para protegerlo de los pl\u00e1tanos. Utilizo la clara de huevo y la aplico con un pincel. No es necesario ponerle lim\u00f3n. Los pl\u00e1tanos no se pusieron negros despu\u00e9s de dos d\u00edas (hice la prueba), porque est\u00e1n protegidos por la nata montada.
