Se me ocurri\u00f3 la idea de ofrecerles una versi\u00f3n en shortbread para el aperitivo. Por lo tanto, las proporciones son diferentes, para adaptarme a una masa que puedo enrollar en forma de salchicha, que luego corto en rodajas. Estas galletas sin gluten naturales son como me gustan: crujientes y sabrosas. Para las avellanas, las he picado en una batidora.
