El dulce aroma de las almendras y las avellanas tostadas en caramelo es muy festivo e irresistible. Aqu\u00ed no propongo realmente una receta, sino un peque\u00f1o y divertido m\u00e9todo para hacer una tableta bastante inusual. Yo guardo los huevos en una cesta a temperatura ambiente. Nunca en la nevera. Como resultado, casi tir\u00e9 el portahuevos de mi nevera. Cuando lo mir\u00e9, vi inmediatamente una barra llena hasta el borde de pasta de pralin\u00e9. As\u00ed que cog\u00ed un cart\u00f3n de huevos de mi nevera. Yo no lo uso porque guardo los huevos en una cesta a temperatura ambiente. Vi\u00e9rtalo hasta el borde en la pastilla cuando est\u00e9 a 29\u00b0C. Retirar el exceso y dejar que cuaje.
