Me asegurar\u00e9 de publicar este viaje pronto. En el camino de vuelta me detuve en Atenas, donde com\u00ed un plato delicioso: kritharoto con gambas. Me puse a hacerla de nuevo en el taller para daros la receta. Visualmente, es un poco complicado de fotografiar, pero el plato es simplemente excelente. Conf\u00eda en m\u00ed, especialmente si te gustan las gambas. Por una vez en mi blog de cocina, voy a utilizar la peque\u00f1a pasta ourzo, o lenguas de p\u00e1jaro, que al final tienen muchos nombres dependiendo de su procedencia.
