Llevo mucho tiempo pensando en hacer un risotto de curry verde, ya que los sabores y las texturas combinan a la perfecci\u00f3n, aunque no sea nada tradicional, \u00a1pero completamente delicioso! Para el pato, quer\u00eda sugerir este nuevo m\u00e9todo de cocci\u00f3n que me parece genial. Lo vi en un restaurante hace casi 3 a\u00f1os y lo puse en el rinc\u00f3n de mi mente. En el resto de la receta ver\u00e1s el motivo de esta conservaci\u00f3n en fr\u00edo.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nPara esta receta, he utilizado pasta de curry verde casera. Yo pongo tres chiles enteros de los 18 que hay en la masa.
