Pero uno puede entender por qu\u00e9. Al final, es s\u00f3lo arroz, \u00a1pero mucho m\u00e1s que arroz! Os doy aqu\u00ed una primera receta de risotto. Hay innumerables recetas, pero hay que empezar por alg\u00fan sitio. Yo uso la marca de la foto (maggi) porque no tiene potenciadores del sabor ni otros glutamatos.  <\/em><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\"><em><strong><br \/>\n  <span style=\"color: #38761d;\">El consejo de Bernard:<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong> Ni que decir tiene que con un caldo de verduras casero, el risotto estar\u00e1 a\u00fan mejor. Ya lo he hecho varias veces, pero esta vez el risotto tarda un poco m\u00e1s en prepararse. Yo reservo el caldo casero para una cena planificada con antelaci\u00f3n, pero para un risotto improvisado uso el caldo ya preparado. Mezclar bien y dejar que el arroz absorba el l\u00edquido. Hay quien pone todo el caldo de una vez, pero yo prefiero ir por cazos y dejar que el arroz vaya absorbiendo el jugo suavemente. Pero aqu\u00ed la grasa ser\u00e1 parmesana. Remover el risotto en\u00e9rgicamente en este punto para incorporar todo el queso.
