Uno de los platos de este curso fue el cerdo salteado con brotes de ajo (\u00a1s\u00ed \u00abbrotes\u00bb y no \u00abdientes\u00bb!). F\u00e1cil de hacer. Lo m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil es encontrar los brotes de ajo, \u00a1que no es un problema si vas a una tienda de comestibles asi\u00e1tica! Los brotes de ajo son m\u00e1s bien jud\u00edas verdes con un ligero sabor a ajo.
