As\u00ed que quise hacer esta ensalada vietnamita que hab\u00eda disfrutado en Ho Chi Minh. Peque\u00f1os trozos de cerdo, marinados, asados y caramelizados sobre una ensalada de sabores frescos, complejos y m\u00faltiples. \u00a1Es un verdadero viaje en tu taz\u00f3n y apenas te sentir\u00e1s mal por ello! Aqu\u00ed he utilizado hierba lim\u00f3n congelada, ya picada, que siempre tengo en el congelador. Por supuesto, se puede picar la hierba de lim\u00f3n fresca (2 ramitas), quitando la base y una buena parte del tallo (\u00a1el sabor se concentra en el bulbo!).  &nbsp;A\u00f1ade tambi\u00e9n pimienta negra molida. Alternativamente, haz como yo, asa la carne de cerdo en tu horno en modo grill.
