Gracias a los consejos de Michal, el cocinero que me ense\u00f1\u00f3 varias recetas, pude empezar por mi cuenta. Me lo hab\u00eda explicado todo oralmente, as\u00ed que tuve que hacerlo. El goulash es originario de Hungr\u00eda, pero se ha convertido en un plato popular en la Rep\u00fablica Checa. En este caso, se trata de un plato a base de cebollas cocinadas durante mucho tiempo para ser caramelizadas, con cerveza y carne de vacuno perfectamente texturizada. Con un toque de comino y piment\u00f3n, es un plato muy sabroso. As\u00ed que s\u00ed, parece m\u00e1s bien un plato de invierno, pero al fin y al cabo, no quiero comer s\u00f3lo comida fr\u00eda cuando hace calor. Para esta receta, no me molesto en cortar 3 kg de cebollas a mano. Lloro sin parar. As\u00ed que pongo tres a la vez en mi licuadora y lo pulso. Despu\u00e9s, la carne empieza a tener la textura adecuada. Antes de eso, \u00a1es demasiado dif\u00edcil! Por lo tanto, se requiere una cocci\u00f3n muy larga y suave.
