\nUn voyage incroyable. Des plats m\u00e9morables. Une cuisine vibrante et vivante. Voil\u00e0 le souvenir que j’ai de Reykjavik. Je vous emm\u00e8ne cette fois en Islande, un pays que je r\u00eavais de connaitre depuis longtemps. Une \u00eele intrigante, curiosit\u00e9 g\u00e9ologique que j’ai maintes fois survol\u00e9e et que j’ai vue par les hublots des avions m’emmenant dans des contr\u00e9es lointaines. Et pourtant jamais je n’ai eu la sensation d’aller aussi loin. Le bout du monde, la fin du monde (ou le d\u00e9but) la sensation d\u00e9rangeante et plaisante \u00e0 la fois d’une fin de monde imminente par une nature tourment\u00e9e. Mais par dessus tout, une ville extr\u00eamement chaleureuse, par\u00e9e pour les hivers longs et rigoureux. Des restaurants et des h\u00f4tels \u00abcosy\u00bb, des plats r\u00e9confortants. On a presque envie d’un automne pour se r\u00e9fugier sous un plaid et de se d\u00e9lecter de plats r\u00e9gressifs et pourtant totalement maitris\u00e9s par les chefs \u00e0 l’imagination d\u00e9bordante et bouillonnante. Nous d\u00e9couvrirons Reykjavik sous un angle inattendu, entre une chocolaterie artisanale, la (re)d\u00e9couverte du Skyr, des serres par g\u00e9othermie, des fermes de moutons et de ch\u00e8vres, et des boulangeries aux effluves d\u00e9licieuses.
