Como ya he dicho, este verano fui a un curso de formaci\u00f3n de dos d\u00edas en Venecia para utilizar los moldes y hacer muchos pasteles con la chef Giulia Gozzelino. Volv\u00ed con un mont\u00f3n de recetas e ideas y \u00a1aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 la primera! La idea es congelar el pastel y luego desmoldarlo para que mantenga la forma. Aqu\u00ed se trata de una crema de lim\u00f3n, con una inserci\u00f3n de lima y merengue crujiente sobre un crujiente shortbread. El primer d\u00eda puedes hacer el shortbread, los merengues y el inserto. Aqu\u00ed estaba en Silikomart, as\u00ed que ten\u00edamos todos los moldes disponibles, pero los cubitos de hielo servir\u00e1n perfectamente. Pero otra opci\u00f3n es utilizar los propios moldes de lim\u00f3n vertiendo en 12 cavidades.
