El olor de estos productos al hornearse llena toda la casa de una fragancia reconfortante. Os ofrezco mi versi\u00f3n del Stollen, este pastel alem\u00e1n entre pan y brioche, relleno de frutos secos empapados en alcohol. Aqu\u00ed se rellena con mazap\u00e1n y se cubre con az\u00facar de canela y un poco de az\u00facar glas para decorar.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><br \/>\nPara 2 stollens:<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">Dejar macerar el d\u00eda anterior&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><b><span style=\"\">125 g de pasas rubias<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">125 g de pasas sultanas<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">25 g de piel de naranja confitada<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">25 g de piel de lim\u00f3n confitada<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">ron \u00e1mbar<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n<b><span style=\"\">Para la masa:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><b><span style=\"\">480g de harina<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">8 g de levadura seca o 15 g de levadura fresca<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">60g de az\u00facar<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">170 g de leche semidesnatada<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">180 g de mantequilla semisalada<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">1 buena pizca de cardamomo en polvo<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">1 buena pizca de canela molida<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">50 g de almendras enteras, peladas<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">25g de almendras fileteadas<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">la c\u00e1scara de un lim\u00f3n sin tratar<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">365 g de mazap\u00e1n (a dividir en dos)<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n<b><span style=\"\">Finalmente:&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><b><span style=\"\">200g de az\u00facar (\u00a1no se utiliza todo!)<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">20 g de canela en polvo&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\"><b>50 g de mantequilla derretida<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\"><b>un poco de az\u00facar glas<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Poner las uvas, la piel de lim\u00f3n confitada y la piel de naranja confitada en un recipiente.<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;
