No se preocupe, porque este milhojas no tiene nada de seco, al contrario, y es f\u00e1cil de cortar y comer, \u00a1de la misma manera que un milhojas dulce! Con hojaldre invertido casero de pura mantequilla, salm\u00f3n al horno extremadamente suave, tarama cremosa y buen salm\u00f3n ahumado, este decadente milhojas es perfecto con una ensalada. Es una especie de caja perforada en la que coloco el hojaldre. Cerrando la caja, con un papel encima de la masa, \u00e9sta queda bloqueada en el desarrollo de su escamaci\u00f3n a 1 cm de altura. Lo compr\u00e9 en Internet escribiendo \u00abplaca de laminaci\u00f3n\u00bb. Es un poco caro, pero lo uso para mis clases. Colocando un nuevo papel de hornear encima, el hojaldre se bloquear\u00e1 en su desarrollo de la misma manera.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nEl objetivo es bloquear el hojaldre a 1 cm.
