Y como soy un gran aficionado al vino tinto, estaba muy contento. Te propongo dos recetas que combinan perfectamente con el vino tinto. Aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 el primero con esta pechuga de pato finamente precortada para su perfecta cocci\u00f3n, acompa\u00f1ada de un pur\u00e9 de kabocha y boniato con un crumble de trigo sarraceno y avellanas, shiitake al ajo y crujiente de Rattes du Touquet.
