Gracias a Hakim y la \u00bb <a href=\"http:\/\/lesrecettesdebernard.blogspot.com\/2011\/01\/le-delice-de-la-casbah.html\">D\u00e9lice de la Casbah<\/a> \u00ab, pude ensuciarme las manos y hacer estos fabulosos pastelitos. Hay infinitas variaciones de baklawas. Aqu\u00ed, la masa es \u00abcasera\u00bb con 4 l\u00e1minas abajo y 4 arriba. Podemos subir hasta 7 pero el trabajo llevar\u00e1 m\u00e1s tiempo. Aqu\u00ed nada es imposible, solo un poco de material y sobre todo buena miel y semen.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u00a1Gracias a Hakim por ense\u00f1arme esta fant\u00e1stica receta! Fue realmente fabuloso para m\u00ed poder hacerlos con un experto, sobre todo porque hac\u00eda tiempo que quer\u00eda conocer los secretos de los baklawas. Ya lo hab\u00eda probado de adolescente, pero con l\u00e1minas de hojaldre. \u00a1Pero prefiero mil veces esta receta casera! Hicimos las baklawas en un molde gigante as\u00ed que divid\u00ed la receta por la mitad para adaptarla a moldes m\u00e1s adecuados a nuestros hornos.
