Por el momento, no tengo todo el tiempo que me gustaría dedicar a mi blog. Lo paradójico es que no tengo ese tiempo, porque estoy al 100% con mi proyecto de taller y la versión «física» del blog. Este lugar donde podía trabajar y experimentar con nuevas recetas, ¡día y noche! También acabo de volver de Milán, donde he podido probar muchas cosas buenas, entre ellas este pastel dulce con aceite de oliva y vino blanco. Hay muchas delicias hechas con uno de estos ingredientes: canistrellis, zezettes de Sète, rosco de vino, pero aquí se trata de un simple pastel dulce que había visto y devorado en Italia. Así que os ofrezco esta receta, porque es muy sorprendente en sabor, deliciosa y muy rápida de hacer. Puedes extenderlo a mano para conseguir un aspecto más rústico e imperfecto, ¡que también me encanta a veces!
Receta para un gran pastel para compartir:
150 g de harina
1/8 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
1 buena pizca de sal
70g de azúcar
65g de aceite de oliva
40 ml de vino blanco dulce
Mezclar la harina, la levadura en polvo, la sal y el azúcar.
Vierta el aceite de oliva.
Mezclar a mano o con un procesador de alimentos.
Por último, verter el vino blanco y mezclar lo justo para que la masa se haga una bola.
Colócalo en una bandeja de horno forrada con papel de hornear.
Extiéndala con la mano hasta formar un disco plano.
Golpee con los dedos para que la superficie sea irregular.
Espolvorear con un poco de azúcar en polvo.
Hornear durante unos 20 minutos a 180°C. Adapte la cocción a su horno. La masa debe estar dorada.
Transfiera con cuidado el pastel a una rejilla y déjelo enfriar.
Guárdelo en una caja hermética. ¡Abra la caja en caso de emergencia y antojos de azúcar!
