Siempre estoy buscando experimentar en mi cocina y tengo una cantidad increíble de recetas que no publico en mi blog de cocina. Y una de mis preocupaciones es la tarta. Nunca encuentro la consistencia adecuada: es demasiado mantecoso, demasiado aireado, demasiado pesado, demasiado desmenuzable... Así que, por una vez, señalo esta receta de pastel que finalmente me queda bien, ¡la comparto de inmediato! No podemos poner las semillas de amapola y sustituir el limón por naranja por ejemplo. También podemos imaginarnos un glaseado de limón encima para recubrir este delicioso bizcocho. Yo lo prefiero sin pero gratis para ti! En cualquier caso, estoy contento con esta receta y la guardaré con mucho cariño.
