Esta vez, propongo una sopa aterciopelada con calabaza, judías blancas y limón confitado con sal. El resultado es un sabor muy inusual, pero bastante delicioso si el limón está bien dosificado. Con un poco de comino, resulta especialmente sabroso. Las judías dan una buena consistencia y cremosidad, así que por una vez no necesito nata.
