Para un molde de 18 cm con base desmontable

  • Pon el queso crema en un recipiente y mételo 45 segundos en el microondas para que se ablande un poco. Vierte los dos sobres de azúcar avainillado y, a continuación, añade 160 g de azúcar en total (unos 15 g de azúcar avainillado y 145 g de azúcar).
  • Extrae la vainillina de dos vainas de vainilla partidas por la mitad.
  • Incorpora el queso crema dulce.
  • Añade los huevos y la vainilla líquida.
  • Termina con la harina de maíz y el queso blanco. Mezcla bien, utilizando un batidor de mano si es necesario.
  • Forra un molde de fondo desmontable de 18 cm con papel de horno. Vierte la mezcla en el molde.
  • Hornear durante 50 minutos en un horno precalentado a 230°C con calor estático (no asistido por ventilador). El bizcocho se hinchará (luego volverá a caer) y obtendrá una corteza bonita y colorida. Cuando estén cocidos, déjalos en el horno con la puerta entreabierta durante 15 minutos.
  • Después, deja reposar a temperatura ambiente.
  • Enfríalo toda la noche antes de cortarlo y servirlo.
  • ¡Una delicia que se derrite en la boca!

Helado de vainilla

¿Qué puede ser mejor en un día de calor que un cremoso helado casero recién salido de la máquina? Ni siquiera esperé con mis amigos para poner el helado en el congelador. ¡Nos lo comimos todo en la bandeja de acero inoxidable de la máquina con nuestras cucharas! ¡Era tan maravillosamente derretido! Esta receta es un clásico, pero como siempre, os ofrezco mi versión con aún más vainilla y suavidad.
