Hacía tiempo que no publicaba una receta de postre. ¡Es que en este momento estoy escribiendo y rodando mi próximo libro que saldrá en marzo de 2020! Así que aquí estoy de nuevo con esta deliciosa tarta de manzana con crumble de avellanas. Me encanta porque no es muy dulce, aparte del crumble de encima que lo equilibra muy bien. Le añado un poco de chocolate. La combinación de las avellanas en las manzanas derretidas, el hojaldre crujiente y el crujido del crumble es simplemente perfecta para mi gusto.
