Recuerdo que cuando era niño, mis padres me llevaron a un restaurante chino en el distrito 13 de París, el "Village Tao-Tao" (que aún existe), y recuerdo muy bien que luego pedimos estas tostadas fritas con gambas cuyo me divertí. De hecho, es una receta tailandesa y es un placer para mí volver a prepararla como parte de mi blog. Una delicia, rápida de preparar. Tostada extra crocante, cubierta de ajonjolí dorado, con un relleno húmedo de camarones. Servidos con una salsa dulce y picante al mismo tiempo, ¡harán las delicias de los gourmets!
