Hace un tiempo, había probado la pasta de langosta en un restaurante con amigos. Sólo el nombre me hizo querer ir, ¡pero la cuenta era muy grande! Se me ocurrió probar mi propia receta basada en la receta de langosta a la parrilla de mis padres que publiqué hace un tiempo en mi blog de cocina (receta AQUÍ). Esta es una receta un poco de vacaciones, ya que no compro langosta todos los días. Pero al final, cuando ves que te dan 4 raciones generosas, ¡es muy rentable! Así que empiezo con el bogavante a la plancha, luego continúo la preparación recuperando todos los jugos posibles que reduzco en una salsa con un sabor alucinante. Es frustrante que la foto no haga justicia a este plato. Bueno, lo hice rápidamente porque quería disfrutar de este plato, ¡que me gustó mucho! Pero les prometo un plato absolutamente delicioso, entre el sabor de la langosta asada y flameada y la bisque. La pasta se atiborra de esta rica salsa y se vuelve adictiva.
