¡Ah, las gambas empanadas! Me encantan especialmente con la maravillosa salsa tártara. Es un poco maquiavélico, por cierto, porque te comes uno, luego dos, ¡y ya no puedes parar! Entonces, ¿por qué pankoco? Porque hice una mezcla de panko, el famoso pan rallado japonés, y coco seco rallado. Verás que uso leche fermentada (¡de nuevo!) para envolver las gambas antes de echarlas al pan rallado y ese es el verdadero truco de esta receta. El lado muy envolvente da una capa crujiente de donut. Pruébelo en casa lo antes posible. También se puede hacer esta receta con pescado...
