Aquí tienes una receta muy fresca de ensalada de pasta con verduras al sol. Esta receta es una colaboración con Plaimont (¡para quien ya había escrito dos recetas el otoño pasado!) para ayudarme a descubrir un vino blanco. Soy un fanático de la buena comida, pero también del buen vino. Para un hermoso día de verano, probé el Saint Mont Les Vignes Retrouvées 2017. La ensalada en sí es deliciosa: calabacines amarillos y blancos, aguacate, tomates, algunas bolas de mozzarella y arilos de granada.
