¡Me encantan las palomitas y además son tan fáciles de hacer en casa! Una sartén con tapa y ya está. Me gusta lo salado o lo dulce, pero mi favorito son las palomitas de caramelo crujiente. Y con los cacahuetes tostados, ¡es un pequeño milagro! He tardado en elaborar esta receta y he estado pensando en ella durante un tiempo. Para encontrar la proporción adecuada de maíz y caramelo, y luego conseguir unas palomitas que no se peguen en absoluto a los dedos y se mantengan crujientes, tuve que hacer algunos experimentos. Para ello, tendrá que tomar la temperatura exacta del almíbar, y luego meterlo en el horno a baja temperatura durante 30 minutos para secar el caramelo. Es muy fácil de hacer y se puede conservar durante casi un mes. Bueno, ¡la dieta tendrá que esperar!
