Para el chantilly de queso crema y miel

Instrucciones
 

  • Vierte los huevos, la miel, el aceite y el azúcar moreno en un cuenco.
  • Mezcla bien y, a continuación, añade la almendra en polvo, el pan rallado, la canela, la sal y la levadura en polvo.
  • Mezcla bien y deja reposar 10 minutos.
  • Verter en un molde cuadrado forrado con papel de horno.
  • Hornear a 170°C a fuego estático (no asistido por ventilador) durante 40 minutos.
  • Desmolda y deja enfriar. Después, simplemente córtalo en rodajas.
