Acabo de regresar de otro viaje corto a Venecia y había frittelle por todas partes para la temporada de carnaval. Son rosquillas, un poco como "pedos de monja", cubiertas aquí con un increíble sabayón de marsala. Así que cuidado, esta no es una receta para niños: hay ron en la masa, así como ralladura de naranja y limón, y el sabayón está hecho con marsala seco y huele a alcohol. ¡Una increíble delicia reservada a los adultos!
