Babka de canela

Ya estoy de vuelta de otro viajecito a Nueva York en el que he vuelto a Zabar's (podéis ver el pequeño reportaje que hice hace un tiempo AQUÍ). Hace muchos años, descubrí el babka de canela, una especie de bollo de origen polaco, pero que aquí es una tradición judía cuando se enrolla con esta forma y se cubre con canela. Después de comprar un montón de ellos, me decidí a hacer la receta para el blog, con como siempre varios intentos para conseguir el resultado que tenía en mente. El resultado es perfecto para mí: es denso y a la vez suave como el agua, ¡con un delicioso sabor a canela!
